During my time with Google Pay, I led the Bill Payment vertical. I closely collaborated with the Designer and Product Manager to understand business and product goals for this vertical and brought an understanding of our users’ habits and preferences around bill payments to the team. 

 

This contributed to the design and release of a new feature called ‘regular payments’ that allow users to manage all their bill payments in one space.

 

These were a series of studies, each building on findings uncovered from the previous study
