As the Personal Information Management (PIM) features of the Authenticator app expanded, incorporating a growing number of data types and functionalities became a design challenge. To address this, I conducted an unmoderated study to explore users' mental models, focusing on how they navigate and organize personal information. The insights gathered directly informed the redesign of the app's Information Architecture, ensuring it better aligned with user expectations and behaviors, thereby improving the overall user experience.
